The Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit (ADIS) will unite major developers and investment bodies to advance the emirate’s urban development agenda. Taking place May 12-14, 2026 at the International Convention Centre in Abu Dhabi, the summit brings together organizations including Modon, Aldar, Bloom Holding, and Abu Dhabi Housing Authority to support a US$57 billion infrastructure drive.
The Abu Dhabi Projects and Infrastructure Centre (ADPIC) announced that the Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit represents a coalition reflecting unified commitment to large-scale delivery. The event convenes decision-makers shaping the emirate’s next generation of infrastructure under the theme “The Urban Evolution: Rethinking Cities, Redefining How We Live.”

Key Developers Showcase Projects

Bloom Holding brings expertise in mixed-use community development, presenting flagship projects including Bloom Living, a fully integrated community with over 4,500 homes within Zayed City, and Al Metlaa, a 2,243-villa development in Al Ain developed in collaboration with the Abu Dhabi Housing Authority.

Abu Dhabi Housing Authority joins as Strategic Partner, showcasing digital housing services delivered through a fully integrated digital experience. The Authority’s mobile application enables citizens to select suitable housing projects and residential units through an ecosystem integrating with more than 36 government and private entities. The authority highlights more than 15 housing projects currently under development offering over 25,000 residential units across Abu Dhabi.
Moreover, the Abu Dhabi Investment Office enables global investors to access infrastructure opportunities through Abu Dhabi’s established PPP framework. LEAD Development will present Jubail Island as a blueprint for sustainable master planning. Reportage Group will present a portfolio of residential projects across the UAE and international markets. The inaugural Abu Dhabi Infrastructure Summit in June 2025 welcomed over 4,100 participants from more than 100 countries, resulting in 15 memoranda of understanding and strategic partnerships. The 2026 edition brings together 7,000+ industry leaders across a three-day programme including high-impact conference sessions, a dedicated exhibition, and structured matchmaking. The conference programme addresses the full infrastructure value chain, from megaproject governance and digital systems to sustainable construction, project financing, and urban mobility. ADIS 2026 will feature dedicated sessions developed in collaboration with the International Federation of Consulting Engineers (FIDIC) on contracting and dispute avoidance practices under the Abu Dhabi Capital Projects Framework.
