The new Acer Swift Spin 14 AI laptop has been launched alongside the Aspire Go 15, expanding the company’s portfolio of Snapdragon-powered devices.
These new models were introduced in Dubai on June 8, 2026, to offer users different performance tiers. Specifically, the premium convertible model utilizes Snapdragon X2 Series processors, while the mainstream model uses the Snapdragon C platform.
Features of the Acer Swift Spin
The convertible design of the Acer Swift Spin 14 AI allows it to adapt to multiple environments. Users can rotate the 360-degree hinges to transition the device from a standard laptop into a tablet. Furthermore, the 14-inch WUXGA IPS glass touchscreen display supports the Acer Active Stylus 420, which uses Wacom AES 2.0 technology with 4,096 pressure levels. Notably, the stylus can be stored and charged inside the built-in stylus garage for quick power-ups.
Hardware Specifications and Battery Life
This laptop is powered by either the Snapdragon X2 Elite or Snapdragon X2 Plus processor, featuring a Qualcomm Hexagon NPU with 80 TOPS for artificial intelligence tasks. In addition, the device supports up to 32 GB of LPDDR5X memory and up to 1 TB of PCIe Gen 4 SSD storage. Meanwhile, the integrated Qualcomm Adreno GPU provides graphics performance with DirectX 12.2 support. Consequently, the battery delivers up to 23 hours of video playback or 16.5 hours of web browsing on a single charge.
Connectivity and Audio Features
For physical connections, the laptop includes dual USB Type-C ports, dual USB Type-A ports, and an HDMI 2.1 port. Additionally, wireless connectivity is supported through Wi-Fi 7 and Bluetooth 6.0. The device also features a 5 MP IR camera that supports secure facial login via Windows Hello. Meanwhile, audio quality is managed by DTS:X Ultra Audio and Snapdragon Sound technology through dynamic dual speakers.
The Aspire Go 15 Laptop
Alongside the convertible model, the company introduced the Acer Aspire Go 15, which is the first laptop powered by the Snapdragon C processor. This model features a 15.6-inch Full HD display and offers up to 8 GB of memory and 512 GB of storage. Moreover, it includes dual full-function USB Type-C ports, an HDMI port, and Wi-Fi 6E connectivity. The laptop is packaged in 100% recyclable materials and incorporates post-consumer recycled plastic.
