Maurice Salem joins Arthur D. Little Middle East‘s Growth and Public Sector Practice. Over his career, Salem played a central role in establishing and scaling the firm’s real estate platform in the Middle East. He advises sovereign development companies, government authorities, and national platforms on large-scale urban development, infrastructure, and economic transformation programs. In addition, he created new revenue streams in real estate planning, investment, and development through collaboration across practices, and has led high-performing teams across a range of projects.
Yiğit Saf Focuses on Socio-Economic Development
Yiğit Saf also joins the Growth and Public Sector Practice in Dubai. His work spans national policymaking, socio-economic impact assessments, and sectoral strategy development. Saf has served several government entities in the Middle East on ambitious development agendas, with specific focus on investments, human capital development, and national productivity. He has also led the delivery of national transformation programs and investment strategies across multiple sectors.
Prithweesh Ghosh Leads Private Equity Advisory
Prithweesh Ghosh joins the Growth, Private Equity and Principal Investors (PEPI) Practice. He currently serves as co-lead for PEPI across the Middle East and brings extensive experience in deal advisory across multiple sectors. Ghosh leads projects in large infrastructure development, investments, concessions, and financing. His expertise is particularly strong in the travel, transport, hospitality, and infrastructure sectors, where he has contributed to the firm’s knowledge base through publications and speaking engagements.
