The upcoming Cityscape Global 2026 exhibition will introduce a new investment platform called Capitals to connect international investors with Saudi Arabian real estate developments.

This initiative comes as large-scale projects in the Kingdom transition from the planning phase into active delivery. Consequently, international capital is increasingly focusing on local infrastructure, hospitality, and mixed-use destinations. Investors are actively seeking direct access to projects entering long-term growth phases.

New Investment Platform Launches

The new platform, named Capitals by Cityscape Global, expands on previous investor initiatives. Specifically, it connects capital directly with projects through curated meetings, private site visits, and targeted matchmaking. Meanwhile, the platform now includes investment banks, pension funds, and family offices alongside institutional investors.

In addition, the program has expanded its scope beyond traditional real estate. It now covers hospitality, mixed-use developments, and large-scale urban projects. This expansion aims to address the growing demand for strategic partnerships and international expertise in the region.

Growth in Investor Participation

The previous edition of the event demonstrated significant investor interest. During the 2025 exhibition, participating investors represented 6.1 trillion USD in assets under management. Furthermore, the event facilitated 474 curated meetings and four private site visits to major developments such as Diriyah and New Murabba.

Notably, the institutional investor program recorded an 85 percent increase in senior leadership participation year-on-year. The 2025 event also attracted over 164,000 visits from 120 countries. As a result, developers generated 63 billion USD in strategic deals and onsite property transactions.

Focus Areas at Cityscape Global 2026

Investment topics will lead the agenda on the opening day of Cityscape Global 2026. Specifically, speakers will examine macroeconomic trends, capital flows into high-growth markets, and infrastructure developments. Moreover, sessions will explore alternative asset classes such as data centers and digital infrastructure.

These discussions will also cover real estate finance and demand-led investment strategies. Consequently, attendees will gain a clearer understanding of where opportunities are emerging globally. This focus aligns with the increasing integration of technology in modern urban development projects.

“Investors are no longer asking whether Saudi Arabia represents an opportunity. They are actively seeking access to projects, partners and markets across the country.”
