DXC Amazon Quick has been successfully deployed across DXC Technology’s global workforce of 115,000 employees in 70 countries, marking one of the largest enterprise implementations of the AI-powered digital workspace to date. The Fortune 500 technology company has also launched a new DXC Amazon Quick practice to help organizations worldwide accelerate their AI adoption journeys.
The deployment demonstrates DXC’s “Customer Zero” approach, where the company tests new technologies internally at enterprise scale before helping clients implement similar solutions. This methodology allows DXC to validate what works under real-world security, governance, and operational requirements before guiding customers through their own AI transformations.
Enterprise AI Proven at Scale
DXC deployed Amazon Quick to improve how employees access information, collaborate, and perform work across its highly distributed global organization. The platform connects employees to trusted data across systems while maintaining enterprise-level security, access controls, and compliance requirements. As part of the rollout, DXC introduced an AI Advisor Agent that provides employees with a single access point for AI-related knowledge, tools, prototypes, and feedback, now used by over 40,000 engineers.
The implementation also includes role-based AI advisors, such as a Supply Chain Advisor that delivers fast, reliable operational guidance by connecting employees directly to verified knowledge. By reducing barriers across disparate systems and simplifying information access, the deployment has accelerated decision-making, improved productivity, and sped up the transformation of ideas into real customer solutions.
New Practice Launched to Accelerate Client AI Adoption
Building on its proven internal deployment, DXC has launched the DXC Amazon Quick practice to help enterprises deploy AI with greater speed, confidence, and control. Supported by more than 10,000 AWS-certified professionals and over 1,000 experts trained in AWS AI specializations, the practice combines proven deployment methodologies, native AWS frameworks, and governance models validated within DXC’s own operations.
Cross-functional teams of AI engineers, automation designers, and adoption leaders work with clients to identify high-impact use cases and rapidly deploy secure, pre-built AI capabilities. These include AI-powered research, advanced business intelligence, and agent-ready automation. The practice is designed to scale with enterprise needs and supports co-investment with AWS in targeted industry solutions across sectors such as financial services, insurance, and manufacturing.
