Career Background of Faisal Al Sarraj
Faisal Al Sarraj brings more than 27 years of professional experience to his new leadership role. Specifically, his career includes 17 years in the consulting sector and 10 years in the banking industry. Throughout this period, he has advised various government entities, financial institutions, and major organizations on their strategic priorities. In addition, he has focused on building professional relationships and developing local Saudi talent across multidisciplinary teams.

The newly appointed partner succeeds Riyadh Al Najjar, who previously served as the Country Senior Partner for Saudi Arabia. Meanwhile, Al Najjar will continue to support the firm by serving as the Chair of the Middle East Supervisory Board.
