LLM Studio, a new enterprise platform from Fractal, aims to help organizations build, evaluate, and operate domain-specific language models using open-source models and NVIDIA’s AI infrastructure. The company said the platform was built on NVIDIA reference architectures, using NVIDIA NeMo for model development workflows and NVIDIA NIM microservices for model hosting.
Fractal said it developed LLM Studio through its AI customer services team. The platform targets organizations that want greater control over how models are governed, deployed, and managed in production environments. Moreover, it is designed for enterprise users, including teams with limited or no coding experience.
Two Core Modules Power the Platform
LLM Studio combines two modules to cover the full model lifecycle. The first, AutoLLM, helps companies create smaller, more specialized artificial intelligence models for specific tasks or industries. It supports open-source model selection, synthetic data generation, model customization, evaluation, and performance benchmarking.
The second module, LLMOps, helps teams manage the complete lifecycle after models are built. Specifically, it supports deployment, monitoring, and governance across major cloud environments. Fractal said this design reduces the need for custom builds in each individual setup.
LLM Studio Targets Governance and Cost Predictability
Fractal said the platform keeps model responses grounded in an organization’s approved data and context. As a result, this approach reduces hallucinations and improves inference quality. The resulting models remain the intellectual property of the organization. Furthermore, Fractal said these models can often be run at a fraction of the cost of operating larger foundation models.
Industry research, according to Fractal, points to growing adoption of smaller, purpose-built models that can be fine-tuned for specific functions and domains. The company said enterprises have moved beyond the experimental phase with generative AI and now require solutions that are governable, cost-predictable, and reliable in production.

Fractal said teams can use the resulting models in agents or other generative AI applications to deliver more reliable performance. The company also plans to use NVIDIA Nemotron open models for development going forward.
Platform Showcased at NVIDIA GTC 2026
LLM Studio was showcased at NVIDIA GTC 2026, NVIDIA’s AI and accelerated computing conference, held March 16–19, 2026, at the San Jose McEnery Convention Center in California. The platform supports a broad range of applications and allows companies to customize models to fit their content, train them to follow specific instructions, or build models designed for tasks requiring stronger reasoning.
