The Global Investment Summit 2026 will officially launch in Paris, France, to establish sustainable investment channels between the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries and international markets.
Saudi investment group B&S Investments announced that the event will take place at the Palais des Congrès in Paris on September 1 and 2, 2026. This event serves as the inaugural stop of a planned global series.
The event is expected to support an initial capital pipeline of approximately USD 28.59 billion in European investments into the GCC region. Organizers aim to increase this target to USD 50 billion by the year 2030. Consequently, the summit will focus on facilitating direct investment engagement and advancing projects with long-term economic impact.
Launch of the Global Investment Summit in Paris
More than 2,000 participants are expected to attend the event in Paris, including leading investors, business executives, and policymakers. Additionally, more than 80 international speakers will discuss key economic and investment trends shaping global markets. The event will feature a specialized exhibition showcasing participating organizations and companies.
Strategic Capital Flows and Target Sectors
The summit will showcase investment opportunities across a range of priority sectors. Meanwhile, it will launch initiatives aimed at enhancing cross-border capital flows and creating new pathways for collaboration. This structure aims to connect strategic vision with practical opportunities to support long-term partnerships.
Five-Year Vision and Future Destinations
The Global Investment Summit organizers have established a five-year vision that begins in Paris in 2026. The series will subsequently continue through Spain, London, and Geneva. Finally, the global series will conclude in Riyadh in 2030, aligning with regional economic development goals.
Execution Framework and Bilateral Meetings
The event combines high-level strategic discussions with dedicated bilateral meetings for investors and business leaders. This setup facilitates direct business engagement and deal-making opportunities. Furthermore, the platform is designed to be execution-focused to ensure measurable results.
“GIS 2026 represents the first chapter of an institutionalized global series designed to frame the GCC not as a collection of competing markets, but as a coordinated investment architecture. We are moving beyond dialogue to deployment, providing the specific coordination mechanism required for principals to make allocation-grade decisions.”
Bader Al-Nofai, CEO of B&S Investments
Al-Nofai also stated that the mission in Paris is to ensure that the region’s national visions are met with high-trust execution pathways. These pathways are expected to deliver measurable results within a 12 to 24 month horizon. The Global Investment Summit series thus aims to contribute to the growth of international investment.
