HAVELSAN ADVENT-AI is an artificial intelligence-supported decision system that will be presented at SAHA EXPO 2026, one of the key platforms showcasing Türkiye’s capabilities in defense, aviation, space, and advanced technologies. The company will highlight two new capabilities for the first time at the exhibition: HAVELSAN ADVENT-AI and BARKAN 3. Both systems reflect the company’s approach to supporting operational personnel rather than replacing them.
HAVELSAN ADVENT-AI: AI Support for Naval Operations
HAVELSAN ADVENT-AI is designed as an artificial intelligence-supported decision layer that supports operators in naval operations. The system analyzes high-volume operational data in real time to detect patterns, filter critical information, and enable faster decision-making.
At SAHA EXPO 2026, HAVELSAN will demonstrate ADVENT-AI capabilities including track-level anomaly detection, real-time detection and classification of surface objects under electronic warfare and jamming conditions, tactical picture generation, maritime navigation support, platform safety monitoring, and naval gunfire effectiveness prediction. The system also includes voice assistant support for operators working in demanding environments.
The modular and distributed architecture allows these capabilities to be introduced to existing platforms through software updates. This approach protects current platform investments while enabling flexibility for future operational requirements.
BARKAN 3: Next-Generation Unmanned Platform for Land Operations
BARKAN 3 represents HAVELSAN’s next-generation unmanned autonomous platform designed to support teams in the field across reconnaissance, surveillance, perimeter security, and high-risk mission areas. The platform operates ahead of personnel to collect field data and support early threat assessment.
The system addresses operational challenges in environments involving mine threats, improvised explosive devices, pre-contact reconnaissance, and perimeter security. By reducing mission burden and increasing personnel safety, BARKAN 3 supports safer and more effective mission execution in dangerous conditions.
With its modular structure, BARKAN 3 can be adapted to different operational scenarios. It integrates different sensors, payloads, robotic capabilities, and mission support systems according to mission requirements. BARKAN 3 aligns with HAVELSAN’s Digital Troop vision, where unmanned land, air, and naval platforms operate as connected assets that share data and contribute to a common operational picture.
