The new HONOR Magic V6 foldable smartphone has been introduced in the Saudi market, targeting sports fans who watch live matches on mobile devices.
The device aims to address common issues associated with mobile viewing, such as battery depletion and limited multitasking capabilities.
Design and Display of the HONOR Magic V6
When folded, the thinnest white version of the device has a thickness of approximately 8.75 mm and weighs about 219 grams. This design allows users to hold the device comfortably during long viewing sessions. The inner display measures 7.95 inches, providing a larger viewing area similar to a tablet.
Multitasking and Split-Screen Capabilities
Users can run up to three applications simultaneously on the large inner screen. This feature allows football fans to watch a live stream on one side while keeping communication tools like WhatsApp or Telegram open on the other. Consequently, users can track live statistics and social media updates without switching between different apps. This reduces interruptions during critical moments of a match.
Battery Capacity and Charging Speeds
To support extended streaming, the device is equipped with a 6,660mAh silicon-carbon battery. This is the largest battery capacity integrated into a foldable smartphone to date. Furthermore, the device supports 80W wired and 66W wireless charging to reduce the time spent connected to a power outlet, allowing fans to focus on the game.
Cross-Device Connectivity and Integration
Through specialized software integration, the HONOR Magic V6 connects with external platforms. Specifically, the device works alongside iOS and macOS systems, including iPhones, iPads, Apple Watches, and Macs. This integration allows users to sync notifications and transfer files across different hardware platforms.
