The latest edition of the Tarbi3ah Challenge tournament concluded in Riyadh following four weeks of digital qualifiers and a live final round. More than 3,800 players entered the competition, which was organized jointly by HUAWEI AppGallery and Awamer Jazeera to bring structured competitive gaming to traditional card game enthusiasts across the Kingdom.
Final Stages at ROSHN Front
Sixteen finalists gathered at the HUAWEI Flagship Store located in ROSHN Front on August 28 to conclude the multi-stage event. The qualifying competitors transitioned from their initial online mobile matches to direct tabletop gameplay in front of attendees to determine the ultimate champions of the series.
The event distributed a total prize pool of SAR 100,000 across the entire competition. The top two champions earned SAR 10,000 each, while the two runners-up received SAR 3,000 each for their performance in the final rounds. This tournament represents the second competitive edition held in 2026, establishing a regular competitive calendar for the local gaming community and card game enthusiasts.

Expansion Across Regional Markets
Awamer Jazeera, a Saudi Arabia-based subsidiary of Ziipin Technology, indicated that it plans to expand the competition beyond the domestic market of Saudi Arabia. The organizer intends to introduce future iterations to players across the broader Gulf region to address the growing regional demand for culturally tailored competitive titles on smart mobile devices.
AppGallery Gamers Cup Integration
The competition operates under the umbrella of the AppGallery Gamers Cup initiative, a dedicated esports platform backed by Huawei to organize and host competitive gaming tournaments across the Middle East. Through the continued scheduling of the Tarbi3ah Challenge tournament, the organizers aim to maintain long-term community participation, connecting online mobile players with physical venue activations across the region.
