Meanwhile, the World Data Symposium returns for its second year on April 8-9 in Singapore. The agenda will cover artificial intelligence, machine learning, and cybersecurity applications in aviation, along with policy and global collaboration topics.

IATA’s World Sustainability Symposium will convene in Brussels, Belgium, in October 2026. The conference aims to advance the industry’s commitment to achieving net zero CO2 emissions by 2050. Key discussions will include financing the energy transition and sustainable aviation fuel production.

In contrast, the World Safety and Operations Conference returns to Europe on October 6-8 in Istanbul, Turkey. The event will address emerging safety risks, including lithium battery proliferation in passenger luggage and GNSS interference near conflict zones.
