KnowBe4 security awareness training has expanded with a new two-tier offering alongside the company’s twelfth artificial intelligence defense agent, aimed at helping organizations build customized workforce security programs. The announcement came on May 6, 2026, from the company’s Dubai office.
The company introduced SAT Advanced and SAT Foundation as its updated training tiers. SAT Foundation provides organizations with core risk management capabilities and a streamlined content library with select artificial intelligence features. SAT Advanced unlocks the full library of KnowBe4’s security awareness training combined with its AI Defense Agents (AIDA) suite, including the Orchestration Agent for program administration and the Deepfake Training Content Agent for creating custom deepfake training experiences using an organization’s own leaders.
Content Creation Agent Capabilities
The new Content Creation Agent, available as part of AIDA, uses generative artificial intelligence and natural language prompting to convert an organization’s internal policies into bespoke training experiences. Organizations can define preferred style, tone, and duration or create training from scratch using simple prompts. The agent generates complete training packages with modules and quizzes that support translation into 30 languages.
Generated training content can be published directly to an organization’s training campaign or exported for use in external Learning Management Systems. KnowBe4 partnered with Synthesia to provide AI-powered video localization, creating what the company describes as a comprehensive solution for custom training requirements.
Risk Analysis and Continuous Improvement
KnowBe4’s SmartRisk Engine analyzes 316 indicators including employees’ Phish-prone Percentage, deepfake identification capability, and artificial intelligence interaction patterns to generate a Risk Score. The combination of this Risk Score with AIDA automation creates what the company says is a continuous improvement cycle for customers by personalizing content and automating program administration.
“You can build a full phishing campaign with real variation in just minutes, instead of spending days or weeks configuring it.”
Deen van Rijn, Director of IT, CoreDux
KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training Features
The updated security awareness training platform delivers personalized experiences through artificial intelligence-driven content recommendations and behavioral profiling that adapts to individual users. The system provides training addressing current threat landscapes while continuously evolving programs through intelligent automation that learns from user interactions, assesses individual risk, and adjusts content based on emerging threats.
KnowBe4 said the new offerings draw on more than 15 years of threat intelligence and user behavior data. The company serves more than 70,000 organizations worldwide and focuses on securing both human and artificial intelligence agents against threats including social engineering, prompt injection, and shadow artificial intelligence deployments.
Availability and Market Position
SAT Advanced and SAT Foundation are now available globally. The Content Creation Agent is available to customers on KSAT Diamond with AIDA and SAT Advanced subscriptions. Greg Kras, Chief Product Officer at KnowBe4, stated the company is focused on rapid expansion of AIDA and increasing ease-of-use through automation while maintaining security awareness training effectiveness across its customer base.
