The MovitOn pre-sale round closed in February 2026, raising $2 million from community investors to fund a decentralized logistics platform built on blockchain and artificial intelligence technology. The Dubai-based company said the funds will accelerate development of its core platform features ahead of a mainnet launch later in 2026.

Erik Beken Tleubeck, Founder of MovitOn, said the result validates the company’s core model. The platform connects travelers directly with senders, enabling peer-to-peer (P2P) global shipping without relying on traditional courier networks.

MovitOn Pre-Sale Validates Decentralized Shipping Model

“Global logistics has needed more attention and care for decades, and now we’re finally witnessing its transformation. This $2 million pre-sale validates our vision, where every traveler becomes a trusted courier, and every user can ship globally without barriers.”

Erik Beken Tleubeck, Founder, MovitOn

MovitOn claims its platform delivers up to 75% cost reduction compared to traditional carriers such as DHL, UPS, and FedEx. The company also said the platform enables same-day delivery on weekends and public holidays, when conventional services are typically unavailable.

Platform Technology and Key Features

The platform uses blockchain smart contracts and artificial intelligence to create a zero-trust ecosystem connecting travelers and senders directly. MovitBox™ smart IoT terminals eliminate the need for in-person package handovers by using AI-driven security scanners and smart contracts to verify transfers.

In addition, MovitOn’s AI compliance engine navigates international shipping regulations and adapts dynamically as jurisdictional laws change. The company said this addresses one of the persistent pain points in cross-border logistics.

“Traditional logistics providers fail time and again to address the operational pain points: weekend availability, prohibitive costs, extended delivery timelines, restrictive policies governing permissible items. MovitOn resolves all primary challenges simultaneously.”

MVON Token and Ecosystem Economics

The MVON token serves as the primary payment method across all platform services and enables secure escrow transactions. Token holders receive governance rights within the ecosystem. The tokenomics framework includes quarterly token burns, staking rewards, and loyalty programs designed to sustain participation and support ecosystem growth.

Vadim Andryan, Co-Founder and Chief Architect at MovitOn, said the company is building a Web3 ecosystem that bridges existing Web2 users into the decentralized economy through a real-world asset (RWA) transformation model. The blockchain-based logistics approach targets inefficiencies that traditional providers have not resolved.

Roadmap and Target Markets

Following the pre-sale, MovitOn is targeting a TESTNET launch in April 2026, followed by a beta release of its mobile application. The company plans to expand into the UAE, the MENA region, Europe, Asia, and CIS countries, with broader global expansion tied to network maturity.

The platform’s headquarters in Dubai positions it within a major logistics hub connecting East and West. MovitOn said the UAE’s regulatory environment and global trade infrastructure support its early-stage expansion strategy. The company’s blockchain security model and AI-matching technology are central to its pitch to both senders and travelers joining the network.
