Al Masaood Automobiles achieved its highest score in the latest assessment of Nissan dealership standards, recording 96.8% across its sales and service network.
This result represents a notable increase from the 89.8% score recorded during the 2023 evaluation. Consequently, the distributor has secured recognition across all its assessed showrooms and service centres in Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and the Al Dhafra region.
Record Score in Nissan Dealership Standards
The independent global assessment evaluates operations against global Nissan dealership standards to ensure consistent service quality. Specifically, the process measures management, facilities, staff training, and business workflows. Meanwhile, the distributor has focused on aligning its local operations with these international benchmarks over the past fiscal year.
“Our highest-ever score is the result of the hard work of our people and years of investment in our facilities to elevate the way we serve our customers.”
Bachir Gemayel, Chief Operating Officer at Al Masaood Automobiles
Perfect Scores in Key Locations
Notably, the Khalidiya Showroom and the Al Ain Service Centre both achieved perfect scores of 100% during the audit. These facilities demonstrated full compliance with Nissan dealership standards during the evaluation period. As a result, both locations received the Diamond Certification from the manufacturer.
“Al Masaood Automobiles’ performance in the evaluations demonstrates a deep strategic alignment with this vision.”
Thierry Sabbagh, Divisional Vice President, President – Middle East, KSA, India & CIS, Nissan & INFINITI
Strategic Investments and Infrastructure
To support these operational goals, the distributor has expanded its physical footprint and digital capabilities. For instance, the company transformed its Abu Dhabi service centre into the largest facility of its kind globally. Furthermore, the integration of the new showroom concept has created a more connected digital experience for buyers in the automotive sector.
In addition, the company launched a new parts distribution centre in the Khalifa Economic Zones Abu Dhabi earlier this year. This facility improves parts availability and operational efficiency across the entire network. Consequently, the distributor can deliver faster maintenance services to its growing customer base.
Future Outlook for Regional Operations
Looking ahead, the distributor plans to maintain these high operational benchmarks through continuous staff training. Specifically, the company is investing in manufacturer-certified training programmes to upgrade the skills of its workforce. This strategy aligns with broader economic trends in the regional economy, where service quality remains a key differentiator.
Meanwhile, the collaboration between sales, service, and parts departments will continue to drive consistent execution. By maintaining these standards, the distributor aims to secure its position in the competitive regional market. Ultimately, these efforts support long-term customer retention and business growth.
