The Saudi Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Digital Cooperation Organization, and AMD have launched an open AI developer platform to accelerate technical innovation across the Kingdom. Through this joint project, software engineers, local startups, and digital creators gain access to open-source software tools and specialized training programs. In addition, the partners conducted an inaugural workshop at the event to introduce attendees to the AMD AI Developer Program and the open-source AMD ROCm software ecosystem designed for artificial intelligence application development.

The creation of the open AI developer platform aims to link local digital talent directly with computing architecture and governance resources. Furthermore, the Digital Cooperation Organization contributes dedicated learning modules focusing on technology ethics and responsible oversight.
