Dubai-based precision health company P4ML and global home gym innovator Speediance have signed a non-binding Memorandum of Understanding to explore AI fitness training systems that use biological responses rather than basic activity tracking. The collaboration, announced at CES 2026, aims to develop training programs that adapt to individual biology for smarter, safer fitness outcomes.

Biology-Informed AI Fitness Training Takes Center Stage

The partnership represents a shift from traditional fitness tracking that counts steps and calories to systems that understand how the body responds to exercise internally. By combining P4ML’s OMICAssist™ platform with Speediance’s AI-powered home gym technology, the companies plan to explore training programs that adjust based on biological feedback rather than generalized models.

This approach goes beyond conventional wearables by incorporating MultiOMICS, biomarker, and performance data to guide training, recovery, and adaptation. The goal is to help users train smarter through personalized programs that support safer progression and improved long-term wellbeing.

The collaboration builds on P4ML’s growing presence in the UAE, following the company’s November 2025 commitment to create 100 skilled jobs announced alongside the UAE Minister of Economy and Tourism. The partnership aligns with the UAE’s D33 economic agenda and national sports strategies, reinforcing the country’s position as a hub for health technology innovation.
