The Packard Bell relaunch introduces a fresh visual identity and a line of lifestyle products at IFA 2026 in Berlin to mark the centennial of the brand under Acer Group. Founded in Los Angeles in 1926, the brand originally made consumer radios, color televisions, and personal computers accessible to the general public.
Operating under the philosophy of Tech it easy, the refreshed direction prioritizes straightforward technology designed for daily tasks at accessible pricing points.

Overview of the Packard Bell relaunch
The updated identity centers on a single dot motif. The new emblem features a constellation of dots that display the letters P and B in plain sight, symbolizing cells rather than pixels to reflect practical use. In addition, the brand adopted a palette of four colors comprising orange, purple, green, and yellow across its retail packaging.
“Celebrating our 100th anniversary is the right moment to go back to our roots. People need technology that helps them study, work, and stay in touch, all at a fair price. That is what Tech it easy means, our signature focus on keeping things simple.”
Valerie Piau, EMEA Vice President at Acer Europe SA
Furthermore, company presence will concentrate on digital channels to connect with younger consumers who shop primarily online.
