In a recent Robo.ai business update, technology group Robo.ai Inc. announced that it will publish its unaudited financial statements for the first half of 2026 on August 24, 2026. The company stated that it completed several major restructuring steps and asset deals during the six months ended June 30, 2026. Consequently, these structural actions eliminated most of its historical liabilities.
Details of the Robo.ai business update
The company confirmed that disposing of its legacy business removed the substantial majority of past obligations. In addition, the leadership expects shareholders’ equity to shift to a positive balance as newly acquired assets begin contributing to corporate revenue over time. Management noted in the Robo.ai business update that the financial results reflect a transition period, meaning the figures are not directly comparable to the same period in 2025.
Acquisitions and New Industrial Operations
Robo.ai completed two major corporate acquisitions since the start of 2026. First, the purchase of Neurovia AI gave the group exclusive rights to specialized data processing and compression technologies focused on artificial intelligence. Neurovia AI is currently conducting product tests with clients across public safety, transportation, energy, and municipal services.
Second, Robo.ai acquired Quantum Core Capital, a deep-tech holding and venture-building platform. As highlighted in the Robo.ai business update, operating entities from this platform will soon initiate commercial activities in the UAE. Furthermore, the parent firm established Alif Holding, an industrial group dedicated to developing tech infrastructure, new materials, and advanced manufacturing for government and mission-critical operations.
Executive Leadership and Governance
To support its operations in the UAE, the group appointed experienced leaders to head Alif Holding. Dr. Ahmed Naser Al-Raisi, the former President of INTERPOL, serves as Chairman of the board. Meanwhile, Dr. Jasem Al-Mansory, a former senior official at the UAE Ministry of Interior, took the role of Chief Executive Officer.
“The first half of 2026 marked an inflection point in Robo.ai’s transformation. In the second half of the year, our priorities are to efficiently integrate the acquired businesses, advance the commercialization and scale-up of our technologies, and strengthen supply-chain development.”
Benjamin Zhai, Chief Executive Officer of Robo.ai
