The new Rubrik AI platform has officially launched to provide autonomous cyber resilience for organizations facing machine-speed digital threats.
Rubrik announced the release from Dubai, stating that the system integrates directly with its existing security architecture. Consequently, this release introduces agentic-first capabilities designed to adapt to specific organizational contexts.
The system operates across the Rubrik Security Cloud and the Rubrik Agent Cloud. Specifically, users define their desired business outcomes, and the system autonomously executes the necessary steps to achieve them. This approach represents a shift toward fully automated data protection and recovery within apps and cloud software.
Features of the Rubrik AI platform
The technology features an Agentic Mode that functions as a single agent across both cloud environments. In addition, it includes Agentic Guardrails to ensure all autonomous actions remain auditable, attributable, and reversible, preventing runaway risks. These controls prevent runaway risks.
Furthermore, the Rubrik AI platform introduces orchestrated workflows for multi-step recovery sequences. These sequences complete in minutes rather than the weeks typically required by human teams. Consequently, organizations can restore operations much faster.

Alongside this release, the company announced several other developments for the Rubrik AI platform at its Rubrik FORWARD event. Notably, these include the launch of Rubrik Agent Cloud for Anthropic’s Claude Code. Additionally, the company introduced an autonomous business recovery solution for cloud applications and advanced its identity resilience through the acquisition of Strata.
