According to the Saudi Internet Report, the adoption rate of artificial intelligence tools among internet users in Saudi Arabia reached 45.2%. Mobile Data Consumption and Network Speeds
The data shows that the average mobile data consumption per person in Saudi Arabia reached 53 GB per month. This consumption rate is three times the global average, indicating high reliance on mobile connectivity. Additionally, the Kingdom recorded a median mobile internet download speed of 216 Mbps. This speed positions Saudi Arabia among the top five G20 countries for this specific indicator, reflecting the development of local digital infrastructure and the quality of services provided to users.
Daily Online Activity and Platform Trends
In terms of daily usage, 61.3% of users in Saudi Arabia spend seven hours or more online each day. This high duration reflects the integration of digital technologies into daily routines. It also tracked the fastest-growing applications, browsing behaviors, and the most frequently used search engines in the country.
