OMODA & JAECOO has highlighted how its new humanoid robots and smart mobility technologies can support the development of urban infrastructure in the UAE. The company presented these systems on June 3, 2026, as part of its strategy to connect vehicles, humans, and infrastructure.
These smart mobility technologies are designed to operate beyond traditional automotive uses. The initiative aligns with the UAE’s goals for artificial intelligence and urban development.
Integration of Smart Mobility Technologies
The company’s robotics platform, known as AiMOGA, has already deployed intelligent service robots in public environments globally. These systems use technologies derived from automotive platforms, including autonomous navigation and environmental perception.
Furthermore, the robots utilize multimodal sensing and cloud-connected data platforms to interact with users. The brand aims to establish a connected network linking humans, vehicles, roads, and cloud systems.
Real-World Robotics Deployments
The AiMOGA platform includes the “Wuyou” traffic robot, which has been deployed for street patrols and traffic guidance. Additionally, the company has used humanoid robots at international sporting events to provide multilingual assistance and venue guidance.
Specifically, the humanoid robot “Mornine” can interact in 11 different languages to assist with customer guidance. Meanwhile, the quadruped robot “Argos” is designed to navigate complex public environments autonomously. Currently, these robots operate in more than 30 countries across 100 different scenarios, including showrooms and exhibitions.
Autonomous Valet Parking Capabilities
In addition to robotics, the company demonstrated its Valet Parking Driver (VPD) technology at the Chery International Business Summit in China. This system allows vehicles to autonomously locate parking spaces, park themselves, and return to drivers when summoned.
Notably, this technology is intended for busy urban areas, airports, hotels, and shopping centers. The company plans to integrate these smart mobility technologies into select future vehicle models to improve urban transportation efficiency.
“Artificial intelligence and robotics are becoming an increasingly important part of future mobility. Through AiMOGA and our intelligent driving technologies, we are exploring how smart systems developed for vehicles can also support future urban services, public interaction, and smart city experiences.”

Market Expansion and Future Outlook
The introduction of these technologies comes as the brand expands its commercial presence. Globally, the company has surpassed 1 million cumulative vehicle sales within three years. In the UAE, the brand has sold more than 5,000 vehicles.
Currently, the company operates showrooms in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah. Its current vehicle lineup includes the OMODA C5, OMODA C7, JAECOO J7 SHS, and JAECOO J8 SHS. As cities like Dubai and Abu Dhabi invest in artificial intelligence, these autonomous systems may play a larger role in regional infrastructure.
