The Social Development Bank (SDB) has announced comprehensive results for 2025, achieving widespread financing across various sectors and reaching 100,000 citizens and businesses with total funding of SAR 8 billion. The bank successfully met all its development targets while expanding non-financial services throughout the Kingdom.
Major Financing Milestones Across Key Sectors
The Social Development Bank allocated SAR 3.1 billion to entrepreneurs and small enterprises, benefiting 8,000 businesses. Financing for freelancers and productive families reached SAR 2.8 billion, supporting 65,000 citizens, while social financing totaled SAR 2 billion for 35,000 beneficiaries.
During the fourth quarter board meeting, chaired by Minister Ahmed bin Sulaiman Al-Rajhi, the bank’s performance demonstrated its vital role in empowering youth to transform ideas into productive projects, contributing to Saudi Vision 2030 objectives.
Non-Financial Services and Business Community Expansion
Approximately 61,000 beneficiaries received empowerment and development services through specialized programs. Jada 30, the largest business community in the Middle East, expanded to 13 branches across the Kingdom, supporting 4,300 businesses with 1,300 new establishments in 2025.

- 20 beneficiaries participated in Dulani Business Center consulting programs

International Recognition and Future Outlook
The bank organized major events including DeveGO 2025 with 25,000 participants and launched the “Empretec Fellowship” partnership with UNCTAD. SDB received prestigious awards including Level 5 EFQM certification and won the Best Financier for Women Entrepreneurs award at the G20 YEA Summit for the second consecutive year.
