VAST Data and CrowdStrike announced new integrations to bring protection across infrastructure, enterprise data access, and production pipelines. The collaboration introduces native support for security software directly inside environments supporting artificial intelligence workloads.

As enterprises scale artificial intelligence, sensitive data moves between hardware infrastructure, users, models, and autonomous agents. Consequently, combining data telemetry with threat detection helps security teams detect potential risks across production environments.

VAST Data and CrowdStrike Security Capabilities

The integration embeds the CrowdStrike Falcon sensor directly into the data platform. Furthermore, audit telemetry from VAST connects to Falcon Next-Gen SIEM, giving analysts visibility into how users and automated systems access stored data.

Falcon Guardian, an artificial intelligence detection and response tool, connects with VAST InsightEngine. Built on the NVIDIA AI Data Platform reference design, this tool inspects data pipelines to flag sensitive records before they reach downstream models.

“The security boundary for AI can’t stop at the infrastructure. Enterprises need to understand who is accessing their data, how that data is moving through AI pipelines and what is happening when applications and models interact with it.”

Protecting Enterprise Workflows and Pipelines

InsightEngine ingests and prepares unstructured data for artificial intelligence applications. Specifically, integrating Falcon Guardian allows organizations to classify personally identifiable information during ingestion.

Meanwhile, the system monitors runtime activity for digital threats in the cybersecurity space. Security teams can detect prompt injection, unauthorized jailbreak attempts, and suspicious commands before they compromise critical models.

“AI is reshaping the enterprise, and security has to extend everywhere AI operates.”

Daniel Bernard, Chief Business Officer at CrowdStrike

Demonstration in NVIDIA AI Factory

The companies will demonstrate the setup within an NVIDIA-powered artificial intelligence factory. The live environment illustrates how data pipelines running on accelerated computing maintain protection for proprietary business assets.

In addition, the unified architecture helps technical staff investigate abnormal behavior across their artificial intelligence systems from a central operations view.

Product Availability and Fal.Con Showcase

Certified native support for the Falcon sensor is available immediately. However, deeper connections involving Falcon Next-Gen SIEM and Falcon Guardian remain in private preview for select customers.

The partnership between VAST Data and CrowdStrike will be showcased at booth 1045 during the Fal.Con 2026 conference.
