This transaction, completed on June 18, 2026, integrates the heat-exchange technology provider into the global operations of Vertiv. Consequently, the company aims to address the growing cooling demands of modern data centers.

Through this transaction, Vertiv secures access to specialized heat-rejection technologies that support artificial intelligence infrastructure. Specifically, the acquisition includes dry coolers and heat-exchange solutions that are compatible with natural and low global warming potential refrigerants. Meanwhile, these technologies will help customers manage multiple generations of high-density computing hardware.
