BHM Capital has activated Amman Stock Exchange trading for its clients through the Tabadul digital platform. Consequently, the company is the first financial institution in the United Arab Emirates to offer this direct access. This development expands investment options across the Middle East.
Investors can now execute Amman Stock Exchange trading activities using an integrated system. Specifically, this integration directly connects the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) with regional financial partners across the Middle East. As a result, clients can diversify their portfolios through a single account. This expansion supports the growth of the regional economy.
Official Integration Ceremony in Jordan
The activation follows a bell-ringing ceremony held on June 1, 2026, at the Amman Stock Exchange. Notably, senior officials from Jordan and the UAE attended the event. These included Ghannam Al Mazrouei, Chairman of ADX, and Abdulla Salem Al Nuaimi, Chief Executive Officer of ADX.
Furthermore, Emad Abu Haltam, President of the Jordan Securities Commission, attended the ceremony. Mazen Al Wazaifi, who serves as the Chief Executive Officer of the Amman Stock Exchange, was also present at the event. Sarah Tarawneh, Chief Executive Officer of the Securities Depository Center of Jordan, completed the delegation.
Expanding Amman Stock Exchange Trading Access
“At ADX, we believe stronger connections between regional markets create greater opportunities for investors and businesses alike. BHM Capital’s activation of access to the Amman Stock Exchange through Tabadul is an important milestone that brings our vision of a more connected Arab capital market ecosystem to life.”
Abdulla Salem Al Nuaimi, Group Chief Executive Officer of ADX
“Becoming the first financial institution in the UAE to provide access to the Amman Stock Exchange through Tabadul marks an important milestone for BHM Capital. This achievement reflects our commitment to identifying new opportunities that expand investment choices for our clients.”
Abdel Hadi Al Sa’di, Chief Executive Officer of BHM Capital
Role of Digital Infrastructure in Capital Markets
The integration relies heavily on modern digital infrastructure and apps to facilitate Amman Stock Exchange trading across borders. Meanwhile, financial institutions are increasingly adopting these platforms to improve market access. This trend aligns with regional efforts to integrate capital markets.
