BHM Capital financial results for 2025 show total revenue reaching AED 205.98 million, a 26.65% increase from AED 162.63 million recorded in 2024. The Dubai-based brokerage firm attributed the growth to increased trading activity, expanded financial services, and continued client acquisition across UAE capital markets.

Net profit rose 14.94% to AED 43.08 million, compared to AED 37.48 million in the previous year. The company said improved operational performance and the ability to capitalize on opportunities within regional financial markets drove the profit increase.

Balance Sheet Expands Sharply in 2025

Total assets grew 31.12% to AED 2.01 billion, up from AED 1.54 billion in 2024. Moreover, shareholders’ equity surged 93.30% to AED 509.24 million, compared to AED 263.44 million in the prior year. The company said this expansion reinforces its capacity to support future growth initiatives.

BHM Capital Financial Results Reflect Strong Market Share on DFM

Operationally, BHM Capital opened 34,976 new trading accounts on the Dubai Financial Market (DFM) during 2025. This figure represents approximately 40.45% of the total 86,473 new accounts opened on the DFM that year. The company said this performance reflects its position in attracting retail investors to UAE capital markets.
