The digital clinic operates around the clock with Saudi physicians across more than 12 medical specialties. Consequently, members can access medical consultations immediately from any location.
In addition, the platform uses artificial intelligence solutions to support treatment adherence. These digital tools help maintain communication between patients and healthcare providers.
Strategic Partnerships for Healthcare Delivery
To expand its services, the company has established partnerships with several local providers. For example, it partnered with Al Borg Diagnostics to offer home laboratory testing.
