Censys appoints Meriam ElOuazzani as its first Vice President for the Middle East, Turkey, and Africa (META) region. The appointment occurred in Dubai on February 24, 2026. ElOuazzani will oversee revenue expansion, partnerships, and positioning Censys as an attack surface intelligence provider.

ElOuazzani reports to Sarah Ashburn, Chief Revenue Officer at Censys. Moreover, she will build channel ecosystems and marketing efforts. In addition, the role focuses on government and enterprise partnerships, including MSSPs and hyperscalers.

Meriam ElOuazzani’s Extensive Experience
ElOuazzani brings over 20 years in cybersecurity and enterprise technology. Previously, she served as Senior Regional Director at SentinelOne, where she established go-to-market operations. Furthermore, she held leadership roles at VMware across MENA, strengthening channel and security networks.
She also led Regional Product Sales for Mobility at Cisco Systems in the Middle East. Consequently, her expertise supports Censys’s goals in diverse markets. Notably, the META region faces rising demands for real-time threat detection.

Censys also appointed Rajaee Al-Dalgamouni as Regional Sales Lead for META. Ahmed Ehlayel joined as Solutions Engineer. Both report to ElOuazzani, enhancing the regional team structure.
These hires support expansion plans. Meanwhile, Censys partnered with Rilian Technologies in the Middle East for internet intelligence and ICS/OT capabilities.
