Globant has launched Claude-powered AI Pods through a new multi-year alliance with Anthropic to deliver agentic artificial intelligence solutions to global enterprise clients. This partnership aims to accelerate the adoption of advanced technologies across multiple industries.
The agreement establishes Globant as a preferred services partner within the global Claude Partner Network. Consequently, the company will provide its 28,500 employees with access to Claude models to support internal digital transformation.
Launch of Claude-powered AI Pods
These specialized service units are designed to help businesses transition from initial pilots to full production. Currently, 40% of Globant’s top 20 revenue-generating accounts have adopted the AI Pods model. This adoption reflects a growing demand for scalable, production-ready systems.
Furthermore, the company has accessed certification programs for Claude to train its teams. Specifically, this training focuses on building and scaling automated workflows for clients in the economy sector.
Strategic Integration and Employee Training
Under the agreement, Globant aims to train 5,000 certified architects on the Anthropic platform. Meanwhile, the integration of Claude-powered AI Pods will target specific operational challenges in key business sectors. This initiative represents a significant investment in the company’s service delivery model.
