Zoya Technologies has launched a clinical AI terminal designed to operate without internet connectivity. The device, named ZoyeMed 3.0 Resilience Edition, runs its complete Longitudinal Multimodal Model locally on the hardware.
This setup allows healthcare providers to manage a full medical episode in disconnected environments. Specifically, the system executes all processes on the company’s proprietary Amygdala edge artificial intelligence engine. Consequently, the terminal can operate indefinitely without any network connection.
Features of the Clinical AI Terminal
The clinical AI terminal integrates multiple medical devices into a single physical unit. Within a footprint of five square meters, the system delivers a complete medical episode in under 30 minutes. Notably, the hardware includes a 12-lead ECG, digital stethoscopy, spirometry, a dermatoscope, an otoscope, and a fetal Doppler.
Furthermore, it features a 12-camera telepresence array alongside biochemistry, haematology, and immunoassay analysers. These integrated tools support more than 120 point-of-care tests.
Operational Modes and Clinical Control
This clinical AI terminal operates in three distinct modes depending on the available staff. Specifically, these include doctor-run, nurse-managed with remote clinician sign-off, and autonomous screening modes.
However, final clinical decisions remain under the authority of a licensed clinician. The system is designed with a human-in-the-loop framework to ensure safety.

Data Security and Audit Trails
In addition, the platform utilizes an immutable audit trail to secure patient data. This system creates hash-chained, append-only records of every clinical action. Such record-keeping is particularly relevant in disconnected environments where external verification is unavailable.
Availability and Deployment History
The Resilience Edition builds on existing ZoyeMed deployments that have been in commercial service since 2025. Currently, the product is available through authorized distribution partners.
Infrastructure disruptions, grid instability, and remote deployments often sever the connectivity that cloud-dependent systems require. Therefore, this offline capability aims to maintain continuity of care during emergencies. Zoya Technologies focuses on building edge-native systems for real-world service delivery, using healthcare as its first deployed domain.
