Valeo Health has completed one million orders across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar since its launch five years ago.
The company released anonymized data showing that 68% of UAE residents face health risks they are unaware of until they undergo testing.
The findings are based on five years of at-home testing, consultations, and guided health programs across the region. Among first-time testers, 66% showed high cholesterol levels, while 33% had elevated HbA1c levels. Additionally, 75% of users starting weight management programs had a body mass index (BMI) above 25.
Key Health Findings from User Data
Retesting data indicates that taking action leads to measurable health improvements. Specifically, 47.6% of users who retested improved their cholesterol levels, and those in guided weight loss programs lost an average of 20% of their body weight.
Furthermore, 47% of participants in the Berberine+ program improved their HbA1c levels within three to four months. Meanwhile, 42% of users recorded an improved longevity score upon retesting.
Measurable Improvements After Testing
“Nearly one million health orders later, the data tells a clear story: many people are living with health risks they don’t know they have,”
Nadin Karadag, COO and Co-Founder of Valeo Health
“The encouraging part is that when people understand their health and take action, those markers improve. The biggest risk isn’t getting a bad result, it’s never testing in the first place.”

Expansion of Valeo Health Services
Over the past year, the platform expanded its offerings to include doctor-guided peptide therapy, newborn care, and postpartum wellness programs. It also introduced hair growth treatments, advanced functional testing, and corporate health solutions to meet diverse user needs.
These services integrate artificial intelligence insights with smart devices and continuous monitoring. Users receive guidance from doctors, nutritionists, and functional medicine experts through the mobile application.
Focus on Longevity and Prevention
The company noted that its focus remains on preventative care and healthy aging. This focus aligns with regional initiatives, such as the launch of the Dubai Longevity Authority, which promotes long-term wellness and preventative healthcare strategies.
“The launch of the Dubai Longevity Authority reflects a growing shift toward prevention and healthy ageing. Our own data shows that when people receive personalised support, they can meaningfully improve their long-term health.”
Sundeep Sahni, CEO and Co-Founder of Valeo Health
