Help AG, the cybersecurity arm of e&, has achieved the CyberForce SOC certification from the Dubai Electronic Security Center (DESC). This milestone makes the company one of the first to complete all three CyberForce certifications, following its previous recognitions for incident response and penetration testing services.
Achieving the CyberForce SOC certification
The independent validation confirms the capabilities of the company’s Security Operations Centre (SOC) across its people, processes, governance, monitoring, and incident response functions. Consequently, this certification demonstrates compliance with Dubai’s cybersecurity standards for adaptive security operations. The company’s services integrate with modern cybersecurity frameworks to protect critical infrastructure.
Validation of Managed Security Services
Dr Aleksandar Valjarevic, Acting Chief Executive Officer at Help AG, stated that achieving the CyberForce SOC certification for the UAE Cyber Defence Centre is a significant milestone. He noted that the certification validates the company’s ability to deliver high-quality managed security services that meet government-defined standards.
Furthermore, Valjarevic explained that as organizations adopt complex digital environments, including sovereign artificial intelligence deployments, they require capable security partners.
