Google enterprise agentic AI is advancing rapidly as Google Cloud unveiled a $750 million fund aimed at accelerating enterprise adoption of agentic AI, tapping its global consulting partners to scale deployments across organizations worldwide.
The investment will support consulting giants including McKinsey & Company, Accenture, Capgemini and Deloitte. As part of the programme, Google’s AI lab DeepMind will provide select partners with early access to Gemini models, enabling testing and feedback ahead of wider release. Google engineers will also be available to consulting teams to tackle complex technical challenges.
Program Focus and Support Structure
The initiative is designed to support AI prototyping, workforce training and the development of enterprise-ready AI agents built on Google’s Gemini platform. Funding will also be used to train engineers, support joint customer projects and provide incentives to encourage the use of AI tools. The programme aims to help organizations move from pilot projects to production-ready deployments.
Kevin Ichhpurani, president of Google Cloud’s global partner ecosystem, said consultancies “have become important channels for distributing AI technologies”, adding the company aims to “dedicate new resources and technology to support our partners as they accelerate our mutual customers’ agentic AI journeys”.
Industry Partner Response
Jason Salzetti, Deloitte Consulting chair and CEO, noted “AI agents have the power to reshape enterprise workflows”. Accenture chief strategy and services officer Manish Sharma added the tie-up will help “clients realise tangible outcomes from agentic AI faster”. Both firms indicated the partnership would accelerate their ability to deliver AI solutions to enterprise clients.
Broader Market Expansion
The announcement comes as Google Cloud expands its AI and cybersecurity services reach. Vodafone Business revealed it is working with Google Cloud to roll out AI and cybersecurity services to small and medium-sized businesses as part of an earlier $1 billion agreement. This dual-track approach targets both large enterprises through consulting partners and smaller organizations through telecom channels.
The $750 million investment signals Google’s commitment to positioning Gemini as the foundation for enterprise agentic AI deployments. By embedding support directly within consulting firms, Google aims to reduce barriers to adoption and accelerate the transition from experimental AI projects to business-critical applications across industries.
