The HONOR X7e Plus 5G has been officially launched in Saudi Arabia, introducing a new option in the durable smartphone segment. The device features an 8100mAh battery and integrates several artificial intelligence features to support daily tasks.
Certified Durability and Protection Ratings
The smartphone incorporates a cushioning and fall protection architecture that has received the SGS Premium Performance Certification. This design provides a five-star drop resistance rating, allowing the device to withstand impacts from up to 2.5 meters. This architecture protects the HONOR X7e Plus 5G from physical damage.
Additionally, it carries IP68, IP69, and IP69K ratings for dust and water resistance, enabling submersion up to 1.5 meters. A wet-hand touch algorithm is also included to maintain screen responsiveness when wet.
Battery Specifications of the HONOR X7e Plus 5G
The 8100mAh battery is designed for long-term reliability, offering a six-year lifespan. According to the manufacturer, a single charge supports over 21 hours of continuous video social application use or more than 15 hours of gaming. The device operates in temperatures ranging from -30°C to 50°C, monitored by a multi-point temperature system. It supports 45W fast charging to reduce downtime.
Hardware and Software Integration
The device introduces AI Image to Video 2.0, which converts static photographs into video clips. The software suite on the HONOR X7e Plus 5G also includes editing tools such as AI Outpainting and AI Cutout. A dedicated physical button, separate from the power key, provides direct access to these artificial intelligence tools. Users can customize gestures on this button, such as a double press to launch the camera or a sustained press to open specific tools like the AI Settings Agent and AI Photos Agent.
Processing Power and Memory Capacity
Running on MagicOS 10, which is based on Android 16, the phone integrates Google Gemini, Magic Portal, and Circle to Search. The hardware is powered by a Qualcomm 4nm processor, paired with 8GB of physical RAM and a 16GB virtual expansion. It includes 256GB of internal storage, which can hold up to 150,000 high-resolution images.
The smartphone will be sold in three color options: Velvet Black, Meteor Silver, and Desert Gold. The company stated that the device is positioned to meet the demand for durable, high-capacity phones in the region. This launch represents the company’s ongoing expansion in the Middle Eastern mobile market, focusing on hardware durability and battery efficiency.
