The HONOR ZXMOTO partnership, announced on April 8, 2026, will see HONOR serve as the Official Strategic Partner sponsoring ZXMOTO’s global campaign in the FIM Superbike World Championship (WSBK).

ZXMOTO, founded by Zhang Xue, competes in one of motorsport’s most demanding series. Last month, the team became the first Chinese manufacturer to secure a double victory in the World SuperSport (WorldSSP) category at the Portuguese round of the WSBK, marking a significant milestone in Chinese motorsport history.

Details of the HONOR ZXMOTO Partnership

The agreement positions HONOR as a title-level sponsor across ZXMOTO’s full WSBK season. Both companies said the alliance targets a shared audience of young, performance-driven consumers and mobile technology enthusiasts who follow elite motorsport.

For HONOR, the deal extends its reach into the global motorsport community. The company said the sponsorship complements its broader strategy of expanding into premium market segments and growing its international presence.

ZXMOTO’s Rise in Global Motorsport

ZXMOTO has grown quickly since its founding. The team moved from a small startup to a direct competitor against established WSBK manufacturers in a short period. Its double WorldSSP win in Portugal drew wide attention across the global racing community and signaled China’s growing presence in premium motorcycle racing.

The WSBK series runs across multiple continents, giving both brands exposure to audiences in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. HONOR’s AI device products will receive branding placement throughout ZXMOTO’s race season.

Future Collaboration Plans

Both parties said they intend to move beyond traditional sports sponsorship. The two companies plan to explore deeper technological collaboration over the long term, though specific joint projects have not yet been disclosed.

HONOR’s product range currently includes smartphones, AI PCs, tablets, and wearables. The company is headquartered globally and maintains a regional presence in Saudi Arabia, where Yasmeen Hinnawi serves as PR Manager for the Kingdom.
