HUMAIN and Qualcomm have launched the Horizon Ultra AI PC at the LEAP 2026 conference in Riyadh, introducing a dedicated computing device built for local artificial intelligence workloads.
The announcement extends the technical collaboration between both firms from enterprise client hardware to locally hosted data center infrastructure, according to IT Brief UK.
Hardware Specifications of the Horizon Ultra AI PC
At the center of the hardware is the Snapdragon X2 Elite processor platform, which integrates an 18-core Qualcomm Oryon CPU alongside an Adreno GPU and a Hexagon neural processing unit. This design distributes computing tasks across dedicated engines, allowing advanced AI models to operate directly on the machine while preserving access to cloud services for heavier workloads in computers.
By running AI tasks locally, the device targets organizations with strict latency, connectivity, and data sovereignty requirements. Tareq Amin, Chief Executive Officer of HUMAIN, described the device as a transition in computing architecture:

Enterprise Availability and Roadmap
The initial release of the Horizon Ultra AI PC runs Microsoft Windows to support existing corporate environments. Enterprise purchases will open on September 20, 2026, with technology distributor AlFalak handling regional sales and product delivery. Furthermore, the company plans to introduce its proprietary operating system, HUMAIN OS, during 2027 to deepen software integration with its broader stack of artificial intelligence solutions.
Data Sovereignty and Adobe Partnership
In a related development, Adobe announced plans to migrate its regional AI data-captioning operations in Saudi Arabia onto HUMAIN infrastructure. The deployment utilizes Qualcomm Dragonfly AI accelerators to ensure that computing tasks and data storage remain inside the Kingdom, supporting local cybersecurity and compliance standards.
