HUMAIN AI infrastructure expansion in Saudi Arabia received a major boost as HUMAIN and the National Infrastructure Fund (Infra) announced a Strategic Financing Framework Agreement of up to $1.2 billion on the sidelines of the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting 2026 in Davos, Switzerland. This landmark agreement will support the development of cutting-edge AI and digital infrastructure projects across the Kingdom.

The Framework Agreement establishes non-binding financing terms for HUMAIN’s ambitious plan to develop up to 250 MW of hyperscale AI data center capacity. These state-of-the-art facilities will be equipped with leading-edge GPUs specifically designed for AI training and inference operations, serving HUMAIN’s diverse customer base spanning local, regional, and global markets.

Strategic Investment Platform for AI Data Centers

Beyond the immediate financing framework, Infra and HUMAIN have committed to exploring the establishment of a dedicated AI data center investment platform. This innovative structure will be anchored by both organizations and designed to facilitate participation from global and local institutional investors, creating new pathways for scaling HUMAIN AI infrastructure capabilities across the region.

Accelerating Economic Transformation Through Digital Infrastructure

The agreement underscores Infra’s pivotal role in partnering with leading organizations to accelerate the delivery of infrastructure assets that form the foundation of economic transformation and long-term productivity growth. It simultaneously demonstrates HUMAIN’s unwavering commitment to deploying scalable computing capacity to meet the rapidly growing commercial demand for advanced AI and data processing services.

“Demand growth for advanced compute is intensifying, and this Framework Agreement positions HUMAIN to respond with speed and scale. In partnership with Infra, our goal is to deliver world-class AI data center infrastructure that enterprises can rely on as their compute needs grow more complex.”
