HUMAIN ONE AWS partnership marks a significant expansion of collaboration between Humain, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund, and Amazon Web Services to accelerate enterprise artificial intelligence adoption globally. The integrated enterprise operating system, designed specifically for building, deploying, governing, and scaling AI agents, represents the first of its kind in the market.

The partnership leverages the anticipated launch of an AWS region in Saudi Arabia. Like other AWS regions, the Saudi facility will consist of data centers designed to meet the highest standards for availability, security, compliance, and data protection. This enables organizations of all sizes to operate cloud workloads and generative AI applications, while the “sovereign by design” approach will support sovereign generative artificial intelligence deployments across regulated sectors throughout the Kingdom.

HUMAIN ONE AWS Partnership Technical Components

The system combines Humain’s integrated artificial intelligence capabilities with AWS’s global cloud infrastructure and advanced generative AI features. Together, the companies enable organizations and government entities worldwide to transition from fragmented application-based systems to unified operating models based on generative AI and intelligent agents.

HUMAIN ONE includes five core components designed to support enterprise-grade AI deployment. HUMAIN Code provides integrated development for designing, building, and deploying generative AI products. HUMAIN Guardian functions as a quality assurance engine that improves performance and reliability while providing continuous verification.

HUMAIN Eye operates as an automated security system for monitoring, tracking, and mitigating risks across generative AI systems. The H2O Platform and SDK offer developer tools for creating and managing intelligent agents within HUMAIN Code. HUMAIN Fabric delivers a scalable data architecture that enables data ingestion, processing, and management at the enterprise level.

Enterprise Security and Data Sovereignty Standards

HUMAIN ONE meets high enterprise standards for information security, data sovereignty, and regulatory compliance. The system enables organizations to adopt generative AI agents without compromising governance or control. The AI-powered operating system provides a unified platform that consolidates development, data, orchestration, and governance within a single coherent framework.

Through AWS, HUMAIN ONE leverages flexible computing capabilities and advanced infrastructure for AI, including 39 global regions and 123 availability zones. This supports high-performance deployments across different sectors and geographic regions. The system will be available globally through AWS Marketplace, facilitating faster deployment and integration within customers’ existing AWS environments.

Strategic Investment and Future Expansion

This announcement represents a significant step forward in the strategic partnership between the two companies, building on a joint plan announced in May 2025. That initiative outlined an investment of more than 5 billion dollars in AI infrastructure, AWS services, and AI training and skills development across Saudi Arabia.

Tarek Amin, Chief Executive Officer of Humain, stated that enterprise artificial intelligence is undergoing fundamental transformation. Organizations no longer limit themselves to experiments but seek to achieve tangible value at scale. This requires a new operating model that redefines how work gets done. The HUMAIN ONE AWS partnership provides the global reach needed to realize this vision, enabling enterprises to move from initial trials to complete, scalable generative AI applications in production environments.

Tanooja Randery, Vice President and Managing Director for Europe, Middle East and Africa at AWS, noted that the next generation of enterprise technologies will be built through deep partnerships combining AI innovation with global cloud infrastructure. The expanded collaboration with Humain exemplifies this approach, positioning the region with tools for transforming business ambitions into concrete enterprise results.
