Hyundai Motor Company has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Jazala Holding to support inclusive education for neurodiverse students in Saudi Arabia. The automotive giant, in partnership with its three Saudi distributors, donated two STARIA school buses to Josour School, marking a significant step toward accessible specialized education in the Kingdom.

The agreement was formalized on February 11, 2026, between Hyundai Motor Company and Jazala Holding, a Saudi-based education infrastructure investment company, in collaboration with Josour School. This initiative reflects the company’s commitment to creating inclusive educational environments for students with diverse learning needs.

Strategic Partnership for Educational Mobility

As part of this initiative, Hyundai Motor Company worked alongside its three Saudi distributors—Wallan Trading Company, Almajdouie Motors, and Mohamed Yousuf Naghi Motors—to provide two STARIA school buses to Josour School. Located in Roshn’s Sedra 1 community, the school will use these buses to provide safe and reliable transportation for students across Riyadh, ensuring improved access to specialized education as the institution begins its academic journey.

The STARIA buses are designed with safety and comfort in mind, featuring spacious interiors and advanced safety systems that make them ideal for transporting students with special needs. This donation addresses a critical need for dependable transportation infrastructure that supports neurodiverse learners.

By delivering safe and dependable mobility solutions and partnering with Jazala Holding in support of Josour School, we are pleased to contribute to inclusive education that reflects our broader commitment to supporting future generations.”

Tarek Mosaad, President and Chief Executive Officer of Hyundai Motor Company Middle East and Africa

“At Jazala, we believe that inclusive education requires more than classrooms. It requires an integrated ecosystem that supports students, families, and educators alike. Hyundai’s contribution reflects the power of cross-sector partnerships in removing barriers to access and enabling neurodiverse students to thrive.”

Naif Alsudairy, Chief Executive Officer of Jazala

Impact on Josour School Operations

Steve O’Gara, Executive Principal of Josour School, emphasized that the support extends beyond mere transportation. The buses play a meaningful role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the school, helping ensure safe and reliable mobility for students as Josour School begins its educational journey. This contribution will help create smoother and more reassuring daily routines for students and their families.

The initiative aligns with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030, which emphasizes the development of world-class educational infrastructure that delivers lasting social impact. By removing transportation barriers, the partnership enables neurodiverse students to access quality education more easily.
