The fifth edition of LEAP 2026 will take place in Riyadh from August 31 to September 3, 2026, bringing global technology leaders and investors together at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, according to reporting by SPA (Arabic).
Organizers announced that the convention operates under the theme “Into New Worlds.” The global gathering gathers innovators, venture capital specialists, and startups from multiple continents to discuss international technological growth.

The event is organized by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, the Saudi Federation for Cybersecurity, Programming and Drones, and Tahaluf. Tahaluf operates with backing from global events company Informa and the Events Investment Fund.
Furthermore, the fifth edition aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to build a competitive digital economy. The event supports national efforts led by Crown Prince and Prime Minister Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud to expand technological leadership and create sustainable growth opportunities across vital industrial sectors.

Organizers project substantial attendance for the conference. The edition targets over 1,000 international speakers and experts, more than 1,800 technology companies, over 600 startups, and upwards of 1,900 investors and venture capital representatives.
