With temperatures regularly exceeding 45°C and air conditioning consuming over 70% of the nation’s electricity, LG Electronics introduced a new generation of smart, energy-efficient home air systems tailored for the Middle East region on May 14, 2026.
The company’s approach centers on combining powerful cooling with health-focused air quality. DUALCOOL Inverter technology provides rapid room cooling while maintaining exceptional energy efficiency. The Ventilation Solution (ERV) expels stale indoor air and introduces fresh, filtered air, a critical feature when windows remain shut during intense summer heat.

LG delivers its integrated approach through a comprehensive residential product portfolio. The MULTI V™ S system suits villas and apartments with limited outdoor space, while the broader MULTI V™ 5 line handles larger residential projects. These systems work with stylish Multi V indoor units and Single Split systems to create fully customized home climate control.
The capability was demonstrated at scale in Riyadh, where LG recently completed a full installation across the 33 floors of Centra Tower in Al Murabba. The project deployed 243 MULTI V™ 5 outdoor units and 945 indoor units in partnership with Abdulmohsin Al Rossais & Sons Group Co., showcasing the system’s ability to handle large residential developments.
