LG Electronics KSA has showcased its 2026 lineup of residential LG air conditioners designed for the summer season in Saudi Arabia.
The new range includes the ARTCOOL, DUALCOOL, and JETCOOL models. These systems combine Korean technology with local Saudi-based manufacturing to address regional climate demands.
Features of the New LG Air Conditioners
Specifically, the product range offers different warranty structures depending on the compressor technology. The company provides a 10-year warranty on the compressor for the inverter-based ARTCOOL and DUALCOOL models. Meanwhile, the non-inverter JETCOOL models come with a 7-year compressor warranty.
To protect the systems from harsh environmental factors, the outdoor heat exchanger features a patented Gold Fin anti-corrosion coating. This specialized coating shields the surface from dust and moisture. Furthermore, the new non-inverter models apply this protective coating to both the indoor and outdoor units.
Climate Adaptation and Durability Features
Operating in high temperatures requires specialized hardware. Consequently, these units are equipped with a Tropical Compressor designed to maintain powerful cooling performance during extreme summer heat. This hardware setup ensures the systems remain reliable under demanding local weather conditions.
In addition, the manufacturing process utilizes local capabilities in Saudi Arabia. This local production aligns with the growing demand for reliable home appliances in the region. As a result, the units combine international engineering standards with regional manufacturing expertise.
Smart Control via ThinQ Application
The integration of smart technology in these LG air conditioners allows users to manage their home environment remotely. Through the LG ThinQ mobile application, residents can access several automated features. Notably, the Pre-Cool function uses smartphone location data to detect when a user is approaching home and activates the cooling system automatically.
Moreover, the application includes a kW Manager tool to help users monitor their daily energy consumption. The platform also sends automated filter cleaning alarms to assist with regular maintenance. Consequently, these digital tools simplify the management of indoor climates.
Performance and Energy Management
These LG air conditioners utilize a Dual Inverter Compressor to deliver rapid cooling while maintaining low noise levels. The system achieves quiet operation through a unique skew fan design. Additionally, users can activate a Power Mode for immediate, intense cooling during peak heat hours.
To maintain a stable indoor environment, the system uses precise temperature control to adjust compressor speed continuously. This constant adjustment minimizes temperature fluctuations. Finally, an auto-cleaning function dries internal moisture to keep the unit clean.
