Lucidya enterprise platform, a customer experience management system built for the MENA region, launched officially on March 26, 2026, as the company accelerates its regional growth strategy following a $30 million Series B funding round in 2025.
The 2025 Series B round was the largest artificial intelligence investment deal in the MENA region at the time. The company said its Q4 2025 sales tripled compared to the same period in 2024, with that single quarter surpassing total revenue from its first six years of operation.
What the Lucidya Enterprise Platform Offers
The cloud-based platform detects more than 15 Arabic dialects, including colloquial speech, with accuracy exceeding 92%. Moreover, the system processes customer support requests autonomously across all digital channels, escalating only complex cases to human teams.
The platform includes built-in compliance with Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) and regional data protection requirements. Furthermore, full deployment takes between four and six weeks, according to the company.
Measurable Business Outcomes
Lucidya said the platform enables organizations to reduce customer service costs by 60% to 70%. Additionally, the system targets first-contact resolution rates of 90% or higher, while handling thousands of simultaneous conversations at lower cost than equivalent human staffing.
The platform also converts every customer interaction into actionable data through live data-mining mechanisms. Consequently, organizations gain structured intelligence from each service touchpoint.
“The pilot phase in MENA is over. Today, large enterprises are moving toward operating AI at scale, and they need platforms built specifically for Arabic markets. The 3x growth we achieved proves that regional enterprises are ready for AI agents that truly understand their languages, cultures, and regulatory requirements. This platform represents a new era in customer experience, where AI operates with genuine autonomy alongside human teams to deliver exceptional service at scale.”

Regional Expansion and New Office
In response to growing demand, Lucidya is opening its first GCC sales office outside Saudi Arabia. The move positions the company to serve enterprise clients directly across the region, targeting a CRM market projected to reach $4.6 billion.
The company has also established strategic partnerships with Infobip, Atlas Crisis, Lithe, and Ithra. Meanwhile, Lucidya continues to expand its presence at major AI and customer experience events across the region.
R&D Investment and Upcoming Products
Lucidya is increasing investment in its AI and research and development teams by 40%. The company plans to launch two additional products in 2026: a unified case and ticket management system, and an AI marketing automation platform.
The marketing automation product will support campaign orchestration, content production, ad optimization, and multi-channel analytics. Notably, it will include real-time sentiment analysis across more than 15 Arabic dialects to support culturally accurate local campaigns. The platform holds SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 compliance certifications.
