Apparel Group has partnered with Knowledge Economic City to introduce 24 retail and dining brands at Multaqa AlMadinah Mall. This strategic agreement covers 8,686 square metres of retail space in Madinah. Consequently, the project aims to support the economic goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Under this partnership, the retail group will open 18 fashion, lifestyle, and specialty retail brands. Additionally, the development will feature six food and beverage concepts. This selection represents one of the largest retail agreements in the region.

Debut Brands in the Holy City

Notably, ten international brands will make their debut in Madinah through this project. These brands include Nando’s, Koton, Wagamama, Birkenstock, Kyra Labs, Levi’s, Forever New, Rituals, Babies & More, and Cakes & Bubbles. As a result, millions of annual pilgrims will gain access to new dining and shopping options.

Mixed-Use Development Details

The commercial center serves as the retail core of a larger mixed-use project. Furthermore, the site includes a 390-key Hilton Hotel and 66 Hilton-branded Residences. Commercial offices and public spaces are also integrated into the master plan. This structure supports the local economy and tourism sectors.
