NTT DATA Zero&One acquisition marks a significant expansion in the Middle East cloud services market. The global technology services company acquired Zero&One, an Amazon Web Services Premier Tier Services Partner, on February 9, 2026.
The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA’s cloud capabilities in the Middle East and North Africa region. Zero&One, founded in 2017 and headquartered in Dubai, operates as a regional cloud consultancy with nine AWS competencies.
Zero&One’s AWS Recognition and Expertise
Zero&One achieved the AWS Generative AI Competency as one of the first partners in the MENA region. In 2025, AWS named the company MENA Consulting Partner of the Year. Moreover, Zero&One received the Rising Star Partner of the Year and Design Partner of the Year awards at the EMEA level.
Middle East Cloud Market Growth
The acquisition aligns with significant growth in the Middle East cloud services market. Saudi Arabia’s cloud services market reached $4.77 billion in 2025. Industry analysts expect the market to more than double by the early 2030s. Furthermore, AWS plans to launch an AWS Region in Saudi Arabia in 2026.
