Red Sea Global celebrated the graduation of the fourth cohort of the Red Sea Vocational Training Program on June 29, 2026. The ceremony took place under the patronage of Prince Saud bin Mishal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Makkah Region.
This cohort comprised 386 graduates who originally joined the initiative in 2024. Specifically, the students completed educational pathways in airport services, luxury hospitality, and health tourism operations.
Red Sea Vocational Training Partners
The program was launched in collaboration with the Human Resources Development Fund. In addition, partner organizations included Bunyan Academy, Batterjee Colleges, and the Airports Academy.
The graduates completed a 27-month training journey. This curriculum included English language training, specialized vocational qualification, and hands-on training.
Employment and Local Impact
Notably, 35% of the graduates come from the local region. Trainees who successfully complete the Red Sea Vocational Training Program receive a diploma and employment opportunities.

Strategic Public and Private Partnerships
Turki bin Abdullah Al-Juwaini, Director General of the Human Resources Development Fund, stated that the partnership links training to employment. Consequently, this investment in human capital enables young Saudi nationals to acquire necessary skills.
Since the launch of the capability building programs, more than 2,400 young men and women have benefited. Meanwhile, the total number of graduates has now surpassed 1,500.
Future Tourism Destinations
Currently, more than 900 students are pursuing their studies across various educational initiatives. The Red Sea destination welcomed its first guests in 2023, while AMAALA recently welcomed its first guests.
These projects support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 to diversify the economy. Furthermore, they aim to create jobs and develop national talent in the tourism sector.
As part of its human capital development, the developer manages the Red Sea Vocational Training program alongside other scholarship initiatives.
