Tawakkalna has ranked first in beneficiary satisfaction in the 2026 Digital Experience Maturity Index, placing fifth overall among Saudi government platforms.

The Saudi Cabinet has approved 12 new decisions, including the establishment of a unified visa platform at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to improve digital services.

Tawakkalna platform added 160 new services in June through 40 government, private, and non-profit entities, expanding digital offerings for Saudi citizens and residents.
