VinFast aftersales ecosystem is becoming a central driver of the company’s global expansion, as the Vietnamese electric vehicle maker strengthens its presence in the Middle East. The company delivered 175,099 vehicles in Vietnam in 2025 and has led the domestic market for 19 consecutive months, according to VinFast.
Vietnam’s emerging economy has embraced EV adoption rapidly, achieving a 37% market share in 2025 according to the International Council on Clean Transportation. VinFast has developed nearly 400 service workshops in Vietnam and plans to expand its global aftersales network to more than 1,100 workshops in 2026.
During the 2026 VinFast Global Business Conference in Hanoi, the company signed Memoranda of Understanding with 29 international aftersales partners. These partners will establish EV workshops meeting global standards, with a target of delivering common spare parts within 24 hours in key markets.
VinFast Aftersales Ecosystem Drives Global Expansion
The VinFast aftersales ecosystem includes partnerships in the Middle East. In the UAE, VinFast signed an agreement with PlusX Electric for charging and roadside assistance. It also partnered with the Arabian Automobile Association for coverage across six Gulf countries.
VinFast VF 8 Specifications and Ownership Package
The VinFast VF 8 is an all-electric SUV designed by Pininfarina. It offers 402 horsepower, all-wheel drive, and 493 km of range. Features include a 15.6-inch infotainment screen, panoramic sunroof, and advanced ADAS safety technologies.
The ownership package includes a 10-year or 200,000 km vehicle warranty, a 10-year unlimited-kilometer battery warranty, five years of free servicing, mobile service support, 24/7 roadside assistance, and access to fast charging infrastructure. The VinFast aftersales ecosystem aims to provide long-term ownership confidence.
