The tour package visa service is now live on webook.com, allowing citizens from India, Egypt, Jordan, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Indonesia, and Mexico to book flights, hotels, and secure entry permits in a single digital transaction. The service operates under a pilot initiative launched in July 2026 by the Ministry of Tourism in collaboration with the Saudi Tourism Authority. Consequently, visitors from these seven eligible nations can process their entry permits online rather than visiting an embassy or using third-party intermediaries.

Tour Package Visa Requirements and Application Rules

Travelers applying through the platform must meet specific booking criteria set by regulatory authorities. The package requires a confirmed round-trip flight and accommodation in a hotel licensed by the Ministry of Tourism with a rating of four stars or higher. Furthermore, the total booking value must be at least 4,000 Saudi riyals, with visa and health insurance fees amounting to 402.21 Saudi riyals. The stay duration ranges from two to 90 days, and a single application can include up to nine adults and five minors, provided the booking occurs at least 48 hours before departure.

Integration with Ticketing and Travel Services

The digital issuance takes an average of 24 hours, with approvals delivered via email and accessible within the mobile apps platform. In addition, users can add tickets for entertainment and sporting events listed on the platform directly to their travel itinerary. While processing is handled digitally, visa approval remains subject to government verification. This integration connects existing event ticketing with tourism services that webook.com has operated since 2023.

“Saudi Arabia is building an event calendar designed for the world to enjoy. Selling tickets to these events was the first step. The second step is to be a licensed entity that helps international fans complete the requirements to enter Saudi Arabia.”

Platform Reach and Expansion Plans

Webook.com has handled ticketing for major domestic events, including the Saudi Pro League and Riyadh Season, reaching over 18 million users across 180 countries. During the past year, the company processed more than 25 million ticket bookings. Moreover, the business has expanded into international markets, managing its first event in France as part of EWC 2026. The company stated that additional nationalities will be included as the program expands, making the tour package visa accessible to a wider global audience.
